The FOUNDRY uses precision sand and gravity die-casting techniques to produce castings in Aluminium, Zinc alloys, Spheroidal Graphite (SG) Iron, Cast Iron, Bronze and Lead.

Castings can be made from national, international or your specification raw materials. They can include inserts and are produced using electric (resistance and induction) or gas melting. Certain casting material properties can be further enhanced by heat treatment.Your castings can be supplied fully finished and surface treated to your specifications.
Utilising high quality patterns, manufactured in our own pattern shop, boxless moulds are produced using a chemically bonded sand system. Strict metallurgical and process control is maintained to ensure metal quality and casting integrity.
