Gravity Casting
Manual - Free standing dies or cavity blocks fitted to out to standard tables operated by rack and pinion. Aluminium and zinc based alloys only: up to 25kg.
Hydraulic - Free standing dies powered by our stpower packs up to 35kg.
Pneumatic - Free standing dies air powered for tilt pouring.
Heat Treatment and Testing
Heat Treatment - 4 furnaces and Quench tank Aluminium to TE, TB7, TS and TF conditions
NDT - Die penetrant, Brinel hardness, Spectograph
X-Ray - Real time xray facilities
Quality Control
Certification - To BS ISO 9001:2000 , externally audited
Measurement - Mitutoyo CMM facilities max 0.8m x 0.6m x 0.6m. Plus custom gauges.

CNC Lathes - 6off max 355mm diameter, 580 length plus 76mm diameter bar feed

Manual - Full Mig, Tig and Arc welding for fabrication, assembly (Electro Mechanical)
Department - Dedicated assembly department with manual and pneumatic tools.
